Post-sale relationship

Anchor

The 30 / 60 / 90-day check-ins, referral asks, and life-event upsells.

PlannedLifecycle: Possession & post-saleanchor

The problem

The relationship dies on the day the keys are handed over. No NPS check-ins, no referral capture at the promoter moment, no signal when the buyer's family grows and a 3 BHK upgrade is in the air. Every developer leaves the LTV table on the floor.

What Anchor owns

  • 01Runs 30 / 60 / 90-day check-ins after possession with a light, on-brand tone.
  • 02Captures NPS and asks for a referral exactly at the promoter moment, never sooner.
  • 03Listens for life-event signals (new email about a school admission, a marriage notification) and triggers the right next conversation.
  • 04Routes referrals into the existing CP referral system so attribution stays clean.

Status & roadmap

Not built — no post-possession schema yet.

To build

  • ·Possession-completion event in TruOS
  • ·NPS survey loop with promoter-moment trigger
  • ·Referral capture into the CP attribution model
  • ·Life-event signal source + opt-in pipeline
