The problem

An RM running a 60-lead pipeline cannot remember the last conversation, the buyer's family situation, the comparable they discussed, or the one objection the buyer keeps raising. They open the journey page and start over. Coach makes sure they don't have to.

What Coach owns

  • 01Lives inside `/admin/journeys/[id]` and `/admin/mandates/[id]` as a side panel.
  • 02Summarises the buyer's profile and the prior conversation in a glance.
  • 03Suggests the next move (call, WhatsApp template, comparable to share, objection to address).
  • 04Drafts a WhatsApp / email / call-script reply the RM can edit and send in one click.
