The problem

Compliance is the highest-risk part of the journey and the most manual. RERA verification is done by hand. KYC flows live in a separate stack. Agreements get drafted in Word and emailed around. Every step is a place where a deal can collapse or an audit can fail.

What Notary owns

  • 01Verifies the project's RERA registration against the relevant state authority before a listing goes live.
  • 02Orchestrates KYC for buyer + co-applicant (PAN, Aadhaar masked, address).
  • 03Generates the agreement-to-sell from the deal facts and the developer's standard template.
  • 04Routes the e-signature envelope and writes every event into the audit chain.

Status & roadmap

Partial — DPDP consent ledger and audit chain are shipped. RERA verify, KYC, and e-sign are not built.
